How to make a claim
1. Check your insurance company is listed below - make sure they have your pets full history otherwise this will delay the process. You can also get a pre-approval done with an estimate from us to know what the gap amount will be (this ensures the treatment/procedure is covered under your pet insurance policy and you know exactly how much it will cost you)
2. Let us know you would like to submit a GapOnly™ claim before your pets consult/surgery/treatment
3. We will lodge a GapOnly™ claim on your behalf which is assessed within 10 minutes (longer if the insurance company doesn't have all your pets history)
4. Once the claim has been approved you simply pay the gap and go
Availability of service
A GapOnly™ claim is available between:
Monday - Friday: 8.00am - 8.00pm
Saturday: 8.00am - 5.00pm
Not available during public holidays
If GapOnly™ is not available, we can do it the regular way - an electronic claim can be submitted and the benefit will be paid to you directly from the insurance company
